This was a Cologne Tin that I kept. I decided it would be a great altered tin for my Birthday Party Pictures!

This is when my Royal Subjects came to my work and totally surprised me with a new throne, and wisked me away from work. My friend Debbie crowns me with a new tiara!

That pink Tiara on the page actually lites up when you press a button. We all had to get a photo together at Little Millers...Then we drove to Eagle River and went to the playground to swing and slide down the slide...

We ate dinner at Garcia's, and of course we took every opportunity to take pictures that we could!

There was a sign that said "Sizzling Fajitas" that we all had to get our picture under...On our drive home we stopped up on Trunk Road and flagged a person down to take our photo's out in a field. He was so nice and took every photo we wanted with 3 different cameras!!!

We had to stand like Pink Flamingos...that was a blast!

The end pages are of "The Queen being Outstanding in Her Field" and the end of the evening having "Creme Brulee'" for birthday dessert. Then we all sat in the Hot Tub for some good laughs and relaxing!

I've Been Tagged!

Carrie, thanks for thinking of me to tag! This will be fun!

Eight Facts about me:
1. My biggest dream is to share my testimony and my love for the Lord with women all over the world. I was just recently taped for a Christian radio station in Anchorage, Alaska. It should begin running the week of July 15th, 2007. (93.7)
2. I absolutely love being creative, but feel like I don't have near enough time to do all I wish I could. And I look at others scrapbook pages and think that I don't even hold a candle to what they do...so I guess I am insecure about that...Who woulda thought?
3. I love being real...and I love REAL people...I am usually pretty upfront with people, and I try hard not to be judgemental or critical. I know that people are just human and we all fail at some point. So who am I to judge others?
4. I have been married for twenty years, to my husband Daniel. He is an awesome man, who has taken very good care of me for a long time. He is very creative also, but in manly ways...if there ever was any type of emergency, he would be the one I would want to be with, because he would just know what to do.
5. I love the color pink...and I love pansies.
6. Being a mom has always been harder than I ever thought it would be.
7. I used to drive an 18 Wheel Semi Truck for Mayflower Moving and Storage.
8. I have many embarrassing moment stories, and I love to tell them!!!

I can't talk!!!

I found out on Wed. that I have Vocal Cord Nodules...and the best cure for it is to not talk...so I am taking two weeks and not speaking, at all...all Doctor recommended of course!!! I got all my affairs in order the last couple of days, and now I will be silent...I started today...it hasn't been too hard yet, but I am wondering if the reason I have been feeling a little dizzy today is that all the air I usually use to talk, it is just bound up inside of me, and making me dizzy!!! LOL...My family of course is laughing at me because of all the different signs I make with my hands, trying to get through to them...they think I should wear a dry erase board around my neck!
Anyway...I am going to try to get some photos of my art work on here this week. Thanks for being patient with me...

Govenor's Picnic and Military Appreciation Picnic

Govenor's Picnic and Military Appreciation Picnic
When I went to this Sarah gave out blue star flags to each person who had someone in the Military. I got to tell about my son Ted who is a Marine and my daughter RuthAnn who is going to boot camp on Sept. 22nd. Sarah hugged me and said I was a brave Marine Mama!
